  • Medical

    We provide health insurance to all eligible employees. Employees have a choice of three BlueCross BlueShield plans with employer contribution towards premiums. We also provide optional dental and vision coverage.

  • Life Insurance

    We provide life insurance for all eligible employees, including a $50,000 benefit for employees under age 65.

  • Retirement Plan

    Enjoy a fully vested retirement plan that starts after your first 30 days of employment and up to 3% match of employee salary contributions per year.

  • Vacation and Personal Time As-Needed

    We are committed to an as-needed vacation and personal time policy. There are no a priori quotas.

  • Sick Days

    We have no fixed quotes for personal or sick days. We are committed to the health and well-being of you and your loved ones.

  • Flexible Schedule

    Whether at home or in-office, we offer a hybrid environment so you can work where you are most comfortable without sacrificing teamwork and camaraderie. Ability to work from home varies by position and responsibilities.

  • Custom Workstation

    We provide employees with a top-notch workstation. You have your choice of operating system, computer, and furniture, whether in the office or your home — or both.

  • Professional development

    Employees are encouraged to attend conferences or training that they find valuable, with the firm paying all expenses. Likewise, if a book will help you, order it at the firm’s expense. All books are pre-approved.

  • Pre-Approved Expenses

    Expenses up to $500 are pre-approved. Expenses beyond $500 are encouraged as well. This includes any expense that will help you be productive and successful.

  • On-Site Gym

    Enjoy access to the on-site gym, including treadmills, elliptical machines, weights, and showers.

  • Office Amenities

    Our office has a stocked refrigerator and pantry. A cafeteria, convenience store, dry-cleaning, and outdoor seating are all available on site.

  • Publishing and Speaking

    We help employees publish original research, speak at conferences, and open source their software. Employees publish papers in venues such as IEEE Milcom and Journal of Digital Investigation, and speak at conferences like Black Hat and RSA.
